Greg Weisman producer of Young Justice brought an update concerning the upcoming production on the show’s fourth season- Young Justice: Phantoms.
Greg Weisman confirmed early on that scripts for 23 episodes of Young Justice: Phantoms had been completed, in response to a fan who inquiry on Twitter, he now says that number scripts has jumped to 24 and that the voice recording process is well underway as well. 24 scripts done now, Weisman wrote. “We’ve fully recorded 20 episodes. Partially recorded 3 more.”

DC Young Justice Animation series was originally premiered on Cartoon Network in 2010, with its second season – Young Justice: Invasion which arrived in 2012. Young Justice was later canceled by Cartoon Network following the conclusion of the second season Young Justice: Invasion in 2013. However it was eventually revived after a period of time for a third season –Young Justice: Outsiders – which was aired on the DC Universe streaming service in 2019.
The fourth season of Young Justice was confirmed to be in development for DC Universe in July of 2019. During the second day of DC FanDome earlier this month on Sept. 12, the title of Young Justice: Phantoms was officially revealed. a couple of days afterward Sept. 18, it had been announced that the show would be moving to HBO Max as DC Universe migrates its remaining original programming to the new platform.
Young Justice: Phantoms will stream on HBO Max. The fourth season of Young Justice doesn’t currently have a premiere date.
